Yoga Classes

With over 10 years of dedicated yoga practice, 500H Certification as a yoga teacher at Mimamsa Yogshala - Rishikes, India, and over 10 years of aerial circus student, Dani’s mission is to guide individuals through the practice of yoga in a way that nurtures balance in the physical, emotional, and mental bodies, with joy and love.

Dani’s teaching approach is inclusive, compassionate, and adaptable. With a completed extensive training to support a wide range of practitioners, whether beginners or those with specific needs, Dani’s strive to create a safe and welcoming space where each person can explore their own journey.

Yoga is a powerful path toward self-awareness and well-being, and Dani is dedicated to making it accessible to everyone, regardless of age, experience level, or physical condition.

Friends/Family Session

two, max 3 people

This session is speacially for groups of two or three people that are form by the students themself.

Those session can follow the principles of Hatha Yoga or Ashtanga Yoga, according the group preferences.

Experimental Class

30 min

Join our experimental yoga class for a 30-minute session where you’ll get the chance to meet the teacher, experience their style, and practice a few simple yoga techniques. It’s the perfect way to discover if the class suits your needs while enjoying a quick, refreshing practice.

Private classes with Tarana Yoga are rooted in the wisdom of Hatha Yoga, shaped to your unique journey. Each session unfolds with a mindful blend of āsanas (postures), prāṇāyāma (breathwork), and meditation, all attuned to your body, energy, and intentions.

Online

Group sessions will occur according the follow schedule and they will take place every week twice a week.

Group session follow the principle of Vinyasana Flow Yoga. Group session last 90 minutes.
